Food Navels

Whenever we make pancakes, the girls often ask for teeny-teeny ones. These are the result of batter drops frying on the griddle. The girls call them baby pancakes. This morning, I gathered the cooked batter drops and served one on each regular sized pancake to the girls.

"Look!" said Jenna. "The pancakes have bellybuttons!"

"Bupbillas," I corrected her.

Great use for baby pancakes. I had those also as a child but never as a bupbilla!
